When the convent is reopened to the public, it will be a community centre and space, and will be made available for an array of uses such as music, art, multi denominational ceremonies, weddings, etc. 

It will also be home to the 2024 silver medalist garden from the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, which is being donated for free. RHS SHOW 2024 — Wild Atlantic Gardens

At present, buildings on the convent campus are home to Ballina Men’s Shed, Ballina Involve Project, Craoibhín, Ballina First Responders and Ballina Dragons.

We would love to install a new commercial kitchen in the convent for community use.
